 Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the delivery team and the client, ensuring top-tier service, swift issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, review designs, validate system architecture, and ensure robust and scalable technology solutions.

Participate in project estimations and contribute to solution planning, risk assessments, and delivery strategy.

Perform and lead code reviews, validate unit test plans, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Guide and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized middleware applications.

Promote continuous knowledge sharing, maintain technical documentation, and ensure alignment with organizational processes and standards.
