Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Sourcing new clients through allocated bank branches or open market.
Account Opening: Assisting clients in opening Demat and Trading accounts, including providing demos and hand-holding for initiating trading.
Product Knowledge: Understanding available products and services to answer customer queries and share brochures.
Digital Platform Promotion: Promoting Demat and Trading accounts on digital platforms like YONO and INB, and assisting customers with their usage.
Customer Service: Handling customer queries, complaints, and returns.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Cross-selling: Cross-selling other products as directed by the bank.
Reporting: Maintaining a list of frequently asked questions by customers and seeking clarifications.
Engaging Premier Customers: Engaging premier customers and assisting them in case of RM/Branch Manager absence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation is typically required.
Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in banking or broking, is a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of Demat accounts, trading, and financial products is beneficial.
Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
Customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude.
Understanding of the difference between Demat and Trading accounts.
