Team Members

A Team Member at Cream Stone is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving ice cream, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They also handle transactions and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Ice Cream Preparation: Mixing ice cream with various toppings and ingredients on the cold stone slab, following recipes and quality standards.
Store Operations: Maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Financial Transactions: Accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Knowledge of Menu: Staying informed about menu items, promotions, and ingredients.
Food Safety: Following health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Prepping: Preparing ingredients and supplies before and during store hours.
Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and hygienic store environment.
