MIS Executive / Client Coordination Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team at our Hyderabad office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and demonstrate the ability
to manage client coordination and reporting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
Prepare and publish weekly/monthly reports and presentations for both internal and client review.
Generate productivity and quality reports on a regular basis.
Handle monthly MIS reports process-wise and publish updates to clients.
Manage reconciliation of monthly MIS for count confirmations with clients.
Prepare and send Invoice Request Forms (IRFs) for invoice generation.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely invoice preparation and dispatch to clients.
Follow up with stakeholders for GST snapshot filings and payment statuses.
Track, update, and report payment statuses regularly.
Address and resolve any discrepancies with internal or client teams.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good presentation and documentation abilities
Experience in MIS reporting and reconciliation processes
Ability to follow up with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables
Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in a client-facing or MIS role
Working knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliation practices
