Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Establishing and nurturing connections with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
2. Crafting Messaging:
Developing clear and compelling communication strategies to promote the organization’s image and message.
3. Managing Media Relations:
Handling press releases, organizing press conferences, and responding to media inquiries.
4. Crisis Communication:
Developing and implementing communication strategies to manage potential crises and minimize reputational damage.
5. Content Creation:
Writing, editing, and distributing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and website content.
6. Event Planning and Management:
Organizing and coordinating events to promote the organization’s goals and activities.
7. Internal Communications:
Developing and implementing communication strategies for internal audiences, such as employees and volunteers.
8. Reputation Management:
Monitoring and responding to public perception of the organization, both positive and negative.
9. Developing and Implementing Public Relations Strategies:
Creating and executing plans to achieve specific PR objectives, such as increasing brand awareness or improving public perception.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in NBFC/BFSI
Working knowledge of Loan Against Property, Home Loans Sales.
