LOADER AND UNLOADER ROLES
Loader Unloaders manage the efficient movement of goods in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe work environment. Expertise in heavy machinery operation is often required.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload goods from trucks or other vehicles
Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code
Ensure that materials are properly secured or braced to prevent damage or shifting in transit
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Fulfill other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures
Good communication skills to coordinate with other workers
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loading and unloading
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours including weekends
Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
