A Senior Relationship Officer’s primary duty is to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions. This involves managing a portfolio of accounts, developing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and financial requirements.
Provide personalized solutions and advice.
2. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
3. Financial Analysis and Evaluation:
Analyze client financial statements and assess risk tolerance.
Evaluate credit proposals and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product).
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Escalate client queries as needed.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to banking regulations and policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Prepare and submit reports on account performance.
Candidates with MFI experience are preferred.
Two wheeler and valid driving license are required.
