Product/Service Recommendations:
Providing personalized recommendations based on customer needs, including upgrades, additional services, or related products.
Closing Sales:
Persuading customers to purchase recommended products or services, often through negotiation or demonstrating the value of the offerings.
Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance throughout the sales process.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and performance metrics.
Reporting:
Tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and providing reports to management.
