A Field Recruiter is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and hiring candidates for field positions. This role involves traveling to various locations, conducting onsite interviews, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. It requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as an understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
Create and execute recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates for field positions, considering diverse sourcing channels.
Travel and Onsite Recruitment:
Travel to different locations to conduct onsite interviews, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Screen resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Maintain a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.
Database Management:
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition

Experience- 6 mnts To 2 yrs.
Industry Experience into Retail & E-Commerces Warehouse hiring for (Picker / Packers).
Salary – Upto 25k.(Depends on Exp)
