Job Description : –

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Document functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create process flow diagrams and other visual representations of business processes.
Support the configuration and testing of Salesforce solutions.
Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
Provide ongoing support to users and address user questions.
Work with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint reviews.
Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Minimum 9 years of experience is required in Salesforce BA role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with other systems.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Budget: -140k/Month Taxes
Shift Timing:- 8am to 5pm
Technical Round:-2 + 1
