Cluster Collection Manager

A Cluster Collection Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee and manage collections efforts within a defined geographical area or “cluster”. They are responsible for maximizing collections, improving the overall credit portfolio, and building and mentoring a team of field collection executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Collections:
Overseeing the day-to-day collection activities, including field operations and tele-calling.
Team Management:
Building, coaching, and mentoring a team of collection agents, ensuring they are adequately trained and motivated.
Collection Strategy:
Developing and implementing collection strategies to improve efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days sales outstanding (DSO) and bad debt expense.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to debt collection.
Role: Cluster Collection Manager

Salary: 3.5LPA to 5LPA

Exp- 3+ years in MSME/NBFC/MFI

Skills :Area collection in rural areas,need to travel assigned locations and team handling
