An Assistant Bridge Engineer supports the design, analysis, and construction of bridges. This role involves assisting with tasks like structural analysis, preparing design documents, conducting field inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, contributing to the successful completion of bridge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Structural Analysis and Design:
Assisting with the design and analysis of bridges using software and hand calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
2. Design Documentation:
Preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other technical documents related to bridge design and construction.
3. Field Inspections:
Conducting site visits to assess existing bridges, documenting findings, and providing recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
4. Project Support:
Assisting with project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
5. Technical Reporting:
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation summarizing project findings and recommendations.
6. Compliance:
Ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
7. Collaboration:
Working effectively with senior engineers, project managers, and other team members to deliver successful bridge projects.

Must have 1 year experience in MJB Project.
