Role Overview

We’re hiring Tele Counsellors / Telecallers who will reach out to potential students via outbound calls, counsel them, and invite them for walk-in seminars. Leads will be provided — you just need to speak confidently and convert!

Eligibility:

Min. 12th Pass (Undergraduates welcome)

Fresher with good communication OR 6 months–5 years in telecalling/BPO

Age: 18 to 34 years

Fluent in Hindi + Basic English

Salary:

Fresher: ₹16,000 In-hand

Experienced: ₹21,000 to ₹26,000 In-hand

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to leads (no cold calls!)

Explain course benefits & fix seminar appointments

Build rapport & follow up for conversions
