An HR Recruitment Executive’s primary responsibility is managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. They play a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline, assessing candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process, while also contributing to the overall organizational culture and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Administering and evaluating pre-employment assessments.
Conducting background checks and reference verification.
Facilitating offer negotiation and onboarding of new hires.
Talent Pipeline Management:
Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
Staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
HR Operations:
Managing employee data and HR records.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assisting with performance management and employee relations.
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies.
Employee Engagement:
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Contributing to a positive work environment.
Other:
Managing budgets and HR metrics.
Participating in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Staying updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
