3>>Collaboration:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4>>Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
Negotiating job offers, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
5>>Talent Pipeline Management:
Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
