Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Outreach:
a. Attending college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events to promote the institution.
b. Connecting with prospective students and their families to provide information and answer questions.
c. Developing and maintaining relationships with high school counselors and other influencers.
2. Application Management:
a. Guiding students through the application process, ensuring they meet all requirements.
b. Reviewing applications, evaluating credentials, and verifying information.
c. Making admission decisions or providing recommendations to the admissions committee.
3. Student Support and Guidance:
a. Providing detailed information about academic programs, campus life, and financial aid.
b. Counseling students on their academic standing, career goals, and potential obstacles.
c. Connecting students with resources and support services to facilitate enrollment and success.
4. Communication and Reporting:
a. Maintaining regular communication with prospective students, applicants, and their families.
b. Preparing reports on admissions trends, recruitment efforts, and outcomes.
c. Utilizing data to analyze trends and improve recruitment strategies.
5. Campus Engagement:
a. Coordinating and conducting campus tours and information sessions.
b. Organizing and participating in recruitment events and workshops.
