A Sales Associate’s primary responsibility is to assist customers with their purchases and ensure a positive shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, providing product information, processing transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance. They also play a key role in achieving sales goals, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing sales transactions, handling payments, and potentially managing returns and exchanges.
3>>>Merchandising & Maintenance:
Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked, and potentially assisting with inventory management.
4>>>Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
5>>>Meeting Sales Goals:
Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
