Key Responsibilities:

Hiring, training, and managing store employees, including performance management and scheduling.

Meeting sales targets, managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
3>>Customer Service:
Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4>>Inventory Management:
Tracking inventory levels, ordering products, managing stock rotation, and minimizing loss due to damage or expiration.
5>>Visual Merchandising:
Ensuring the store is well-presented, with appealing displays that attract customers and maximize sales.
