Salary: 15k (we will pay extra 3 days based on their working days)
Job Summary: Business Development Executive (BTL Activity) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through targeted, below-the-line (BTL) promotional activities. This role focuses on direct engagement with potential customers at events, in retail spaces, or through other localized campaigns. The executive develops and implements strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and ultimately increase sales within a specific geographic area or target market. 
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement BTL promotional strategies and campaigns, including event planning, on-site promotions, and direct marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation:
Identify and attract potential customers through engaging activities and interactions at BTL events and locations.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
Sales Conversion:
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product/service benefits and closing deals.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer preferences, and monitor competitor activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze BTL campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of BTL strategies.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at all BTL events and interactions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
