They handle both outbound calls to potential clients and inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information. Key Responsibilities:
1>>Outbound Calling:
Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a consultation.
2>>Inbound Handling:
Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and complaints, and providing support.
3>>Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective communication and questioning techniques.
4>Sales and Closing:
Persuading customers to make purchases, book appointments, or take other desired actions.
5>>Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
6>>Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, documenting call details, and providing regular progress reports
