Delivery Boy

A Delivery Boy also known as a delivery driver or courier is responsible for transporting packages, food, or other items to customers or designated locations. Their duties include planning routes, loading and unloading items, ensuring timely and safe delivery, handling payments and providing customer service. They may use various modes of transportation like bicycles, motorbikes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation and Delivery:
Safely and efficiently transporting items from a distribution center or business to customers or other destinations.
2. Route Planning:
Determining the most efficient routes for deliveries, often using GPS or maps.
3. Loading and Unloading:
Properly loading items onto the delivery vehicle and unloading them at the destination.
4. Customer Interaction:
Providing excellent customer service during deliveries, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
5. Order Verification and Handling:
Ensuring order accuracy, collecting payments, and providing receipts.
6. Record Keeping:
Maintaining records of deliveries, including successful and unsuccessful attempts, and any discrepancies.

Mandatory Requirements: Bike, Aadhar, Driving License.
