Key Responsibilities:
1. Credit Management:
Managing credit policy, reviewing and processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines.
2. Customer File Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit files.
3. Post-Sanction Activities:
Handling disbursement, compliance tracking, and other related tasks after a loan is approved.
4. Client Relationship Management:
Interacting with customers, addressing their queries, and building relationships.
5. Sales and Business Development:
Depending on the specific role, Development Officers may also be involved in sales activities and business development to acquire new clients.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation of all loan-related activities.
