An Assistant Manager of HR & Admin typically supports the HR Manager in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. They also oversee administrative tasks like office management, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities may include:
1>>Talent Acquisition:
Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
2>>Employee Relations:
Handling employee queries, concerns, and grievances; potentially assisting with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
3>>Performance Management:
Supporting the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and development initiatives.
4>>Training and Development:
Coordinating training programs and workshops, potentially alongside a Learning & Development team.
5>>HR Administration:
Maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Location – Vijayawada
Languages – Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English is must.
