Key Responsibilities:
1>>Sales Generation:
Making outbound calls to prospective customers and receiving inbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
2>>Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
3>>Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling.
4>>Product Knowledge:
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
5>>Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements:
– Gender: Male/Female
– Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
– Qualification: Minimum 12th grade completed
– Skills: Basic computer knowledge
– Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
– Languages: Good communication in English and Hindi
– Age: 18 to 40 years
– Work Type: In-office
