Telesales Executive

A Telesales Executive, also known as a Telesales Representative or Telemarketer, is a sales professional who sells products or services over the phone. They primarily focus on generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. They also play a crucial role in providing customer service, handling inquiries, and potentially passing leads to other sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Sales Generation:
Making outbound calls to prospective customers and receiving inbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
2>>Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
3>>Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling.
4>>Product Knowledge:
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
5>>Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements:
– Gender: Male/Female
– Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
– Qualification: Minimum 12th grade completed
– Skills: Basic computer knowledge
– Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
– Languages: Good communication in English and Hindi
– Age: 18 to 40 years
– Work Type: In-office
