An Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service. This role involves managing staff, monitoring sales, maintaining compliance, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Management:
Supervising and motivating branch staff, including hiring, training and performance management.
2. Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service, resolving escalated issues, and building strong customer relationships.
3. Sales and Business Development:
Assisting in achieving sales targets, promoting financial products, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
4. Operations and Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including cash handling and security.
5. Branch Performance:
Monitoring key performance indicators, preparing reports, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
6. Absence Coverage:
Stepping in to manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.

Must have minimum 2 years of experience in MFI or Bank.
