Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and retention.
3>>Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, often acting as a liaison between customers and other departments.
4>>Customer Feedback:
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and overall customer experience.
