A Telesales Executive, also known as a Telesales Representative or Telemarketer, is a sales professional who sells products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, promote offerings, and ultimately secure sales. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Outbound Calling:
Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and generate sales.
2>>Inbound Handling:
Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information, resolving issues, and closing sales.
3>>Product Knowledge:
Developing a strong understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their value to customers.
4>>Relationship Building:
Building rapport with customers, nurturing leads, and maintaining relationships for repeat business.

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Jumbo Tail , a leading provider of grocery products. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to promote our grocery products.
2. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Provide product information and address customer queries.
5. Identify new sales opportunities and pitch our products.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Basic knowledge of grocery products (training will be provided).
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
