They generate leads, build customer relationships, and ultimately close sales by communicating directly with potential and existing customers. They may also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support related to the products or services being sold.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Generating Leads and Sales:
This involves contacting potential and existing customers through outbound calls, identifying their needs, and persuading them to purchase the company’s products or services.
2>>Building Customer Relationships:
Telesales Executives aim to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
3>>Meeting Sales Targets:
They are typically responsible for meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
4>>Providing Customer Service:
They handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support related to the products or services being sold.
