Supervisor Electrical

An Electrical Supervisor in a college setting manages and oversees all electrical systems and personnel, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure. This involves planning, supervising, and troubleshooting electrical work, as well as managing resources and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Supervision and Coordination:
Overseeing electricians and other electrical workers, delegating tasks, and monitoring their performance.
2>>Planning and Scheduling:
Developing work schedules, estimating material and labor costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
3>>Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all electrical work complies with safety regulations and codes, conducting safety training, and promoting a safe work environment.
4>>Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Diagnosing and repairing electrical problems, performing maintenance on equipment, and ensuring efficient operation of electrical systems.
5>>Resource Management:
Managing inventory of electrical materials, tools, and equipment, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Educational Qualification:-
BE/B.Tech – Electrical/EEE/ECE/Mechanical with atleast 2-3 year experience in building electrical construction line
Diploma – Electrical/EEE/ECE/Mechanical with atleast 4-5 year experience in building electrical construction line
