Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooking:
Preparing and cooking meals according to recipes, menus, and safety standards.
Preparing ingredients like washing and chopping vegetables, seasoning meat, etc.
Cooking a variety of dishes, including Indian (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and continental cuisines.
Ensuring proper presentation and garnish of food.
2. Cleaning:
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Cleaning kitchen areas, cooking utensils, and equipment.
Disinfecting refrigerators and other areas as needed.
Managing food waste and ensuring proper disposal.
3. Kitchen Management:
Ensuring all food is stored properly.
Managing inventory of ingredients, tools, and equipment.
Coordinating with other kitchen staff or household members.
