3>>Product Development:
From concept to launch, R&D teams are involved in all stages of product development, including market research, prototyping, testing, and quality control.

Analyzing research data, generating insights, and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
5>>Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with other departments (marketing, sales, engineering, etc.) to align research efforts with business objectives and ensure smooth product development.

Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Sc. (Environmental) / Diploma-chemical Eng.
Experience: Fresher or 1 – 2 yrs. experience in STP/ETP/Laboratory / water treatment plant operation
