An HR/Finance intern typically supports both Human Resources and Finance departments with administrative and operational tasks, gaining practical experience in both fields. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, updating employee records, managing payroll information, and supporting financial operations like logging deposits and assisting with audits.
HR Intern Responsibilities:
1>>Recruitment & Onboarding:
Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
2>>Employee Management:
Updating employee records, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with employee relations and performance management.
3>>Payroll and Benefits:
Collecting payroll data, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
4>>Administrative Support:
Filing HR documents, managing HR files, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.

Duration: 1 month
