QA Lead

A QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process during software development, leading testing teams, developing testing strategies, and ensuring products meet quality standards. They also mentor and guide QA team members, contribute to the development and execution of automated tests, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product excellence.

Key Responsibilities of a QA Lead:

1>>Team Leadership:
Leading and mentoring a team of QA professionals in testing activities, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
2>>Strategy and Planning:
Developing and implementing comprehensive testing plans, strategies, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
3>>Test Execution and Reporting:
Overseeing the execution of test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and tracking progress using various tools and methodologies.
