Key Responsibilities:

1>>Outbound Calling:
Making calls to potential leads or existing customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, or schedule appointments.
2>>Inbound Handling:
Answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
3>>Product Knowledge:
Developing a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
4>>Lead Generation and Sales:
Persuading customers to make purchases, generate leads, and contribute to sales targets.
5>>Customer Relationship Management:
Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and maintaining positive relationships.
