Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, policy-related issues, and payment discrepancies.
3>>Providing Information and Support:
Educating customers on insurance products, policy details, coverage options, and claims procedures.
4>>Maintaining Customer Records:
Accurately updating customer information and interactions in the company’s CRM or database systems.
5>>Following Company Procedures:
Adhering to established protocols for handling calls, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues.

🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
💰 Salary: Up to ₹22,000
