Developing various sources for agent recruitment and building a strong team of agents.

Working with agents to develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and achieve business plans.
3>>Performance Management:
Monitoring agent performance, providing guidance and support, and identifying areas for improvement.
4>>Product Knowledge:
Ensuring agents have a strong understanding of the company’s products and services through training and development.
5>>Customer Relationship Management:
Building strong relationships with clients, addressing customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
