Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
2. Loan Application Support:
Assisting clients with loan applications, conducting field visits to assess their financial status, and verifying information.
3. Collection and Repayment Management:
Ensuring timely collection of loan repayments from existing clients and managing any arrears.
4. Sales and Business Development:
Identifying potential clients, promoting financial products, and achieving sales targets.
5. Financial Literacy Promotion:
Educating clients about financial products and responsible borrowing practices.
6. Community Engagement:
Participating in community events and building relationships within the local area.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, loan disbursements, and repayments.
