A Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for various financial products and services. They also focus on identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1 .Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a sales team, setting performance targets, and providing guidance and support.
2. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Driving revenue growth and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
4. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing sales reports, analyzing sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and success of sales initiatives.
9. Compliance: Ensuring that all sales activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
10. Collections Management: Managing collections and handling customer grievances.
>>> Must have minimum 2 yrs of experience in Micro LAP & BL.
>>> Must have CIBIL score above 720.
