An HR Supervisor is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating HR functions within an organization. They lead the HR team, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

1>>Supervising HR Staff:
HR Supervisors lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks and processes.
2>>Recruitment and Onboarding:
They oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
3>>Employee Relations:
They handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, and promote positive employee relations.
4>>Policy and Compliance:
They ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
5>>Training and Development:
They coordinate and implement employee training programs and development initiatives.
6>>Performance Management:
They oversee performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Profile:- HR Operation

Location:- jamnagar Gujarat

Salary :30k ctc + Accomudation + Travel

Candidate should have minimum 3yr experience in hr operation in manufacturing plant.
