Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
5>>Training and Development:
Assessing training needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting employee growth.
6>>Compensation and Benefits:
Managing payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring fair and competitive compensation packages.
