In-Store Guide

An In-Store Guide, also often called a Retail Sales Associate, is responsible for providing excellent customer service within a retail environment. Their duties include assisting customers with product information and purchases, maintaining a tidy and organized store, and processing sales transactions. They also play a role in visual merchandising and loss prevention.

Responsibilities:

>>Customer Service:
1>>Greeting customers: Offering a friendly and welcoming presence as customers enter the store.
2>>Answering questions: Providing information about products, store policies, promotions, and services.
3>>Assisting with purchases: Helping customers find items, offering recommendations, and processing transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
4>>Handling returns and exchanges: Efficiently processing returns and exchanges according to store policy.
5>>Resolving customer issues: Addressing complaints or concerns and escalating complex issues to management.
