Team Leadership & Staff Supervision

Manage, motivate, and train branch staff for better productivity.

Ensure high discipline, teamwork, and customer-focused culture.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Promote customer satisfaction and retention through quality service.

Sales & Business Development

Achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and other banking products.

Generate new business opportunities through market visits and lead generation.

Guide the sales team for cross-selling banking products.

Financial Management

Review loan proposals, credit assessments, and approve loans based on authority limits.

Monitor NPAs, reduce delinquency, and ensure healthy portfolio quality.

Analyze financial statements, branch profitability, and drive revenue growth.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure the branch complies with audit guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor risk factors, conduct internal audits, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain security of cash, documents, and digital banking systems.
