Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening
Identify and source potential IT candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical understanding, experience, and communication skills.
Coordination & Interview Management
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process for updates and feedback.
Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Job Requirement Handling
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job descriptions and required skills.
Create and publish job postings on various platforms.
Maintain recruitment metrics and regularly update the hiring pipeline.
Candidate Relationship Management
Build and maintain a strong database of IT talent.
Engage with candidates professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain strong relationships with past, current, and future candidates.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily recruitment reports, tracker sheets, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
