Key responsibilities

 
    • Strategy and planning: Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies, and plan online advertising campaigns using channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
    • Social media management: Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence, develop posting schedules, identify trends, and create engaging content.
  • SEO and content: Conduct keyword research, optimize content and images for search engines, and update website content to improve visibility.
  • Email marketing: Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails, and create personalized campaigns to target different audience segments.
  • Analytics and reporting: Use web analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as design and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive user experience.
  • Website optimization: Work to improve website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates.

Key skills and requirements
 
  • Experience with digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, social media ad managers (e.g., Meta Ads Manager), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make optimizations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team
