  • Data management: Manage and execute daily jobs, monitor error messages, and assist with data backups and restores.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and user support requests.
  • User support: Assist users by answering questions, resolving problems, and providing guidance on how to use computer systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics.

  • A high school diploma is typically required, though an associate’s degree in a related field can be beneficial.
