  • Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and develop marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, media, and influencers.
