FIS & Sales Promoter

A Sales Promoter’s job is to promote and sell a company’s products or services, primarily in retail settings, by engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and answering their questions. They aim to increase sales and brand awareness through various methods like product demonstrations, sample distributions, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards relevant products.
Product Knowledge:
Being well-versed in the products or services being promoted and able to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Product Demonstrations:
Showing customers how products work, highlighting their features, and benefits.
Sample Distribution:
Providing free samples to encourage product trials and increase interest.
Promotional Activities:
Setting up promotional displays, organizing events, and participating in sales campaigns.
Sales Tracking:
Keeping records of sales activities and reporting on progress to management.
Customer Feedback:
Collecting customer feedback and providing insights to management or product development teams.
Meeting Sales Targets:
Working to achieve individual sales goals and quotas.
Skills and Qualities:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and create a positive experience.
