A Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to senior management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role focuses on talent management, organizational development, and ensuring effective HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Sr. HRBP provides guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and change management, while also developing and implementing HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
2.Talent Management:
Overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
3.Organizational Development:
Identifying areas for organizational improvement and implementing changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
