Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Financial Needs Assessment:
Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions, including deposits, loans, insurance, and investments.
Product/Service Promotion:
Identify and present appropriate banking products and services to meet client needs and cross-sell to existing clients.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address client queries and complaints, and maintain excellent communication.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Conduct KYC reviews and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
