HR Recruiter / Executive

An HR Recruiter Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill open positions within an organization. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires, and also includes building the employer brand and maintaining candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Sourcing and attracting candidates:
Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified individuals.
2>>Screening and interviewing:
Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or video), and assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3>>Managing the recruitment process:
Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, extending job offers, and managing the onboarding process.
4>>Maintaining accurate records:
Keeping track of candidate progress, updating applicant tracking systems, and generating recruitment reports.
